City Council and Planning Commission meetings are held in person at City Hall (23204 58th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace) with remote options.

To attend a meeting online, go to https://zoom.us/join and enter the corresponding meeting ID listed below, and passcode if requested. If you do not have the Zoom application installed, you may do that here https://zoom.us/join . 

To listen via telephone, call 1-253-215-8782 and enter the corresponding meeting ID listed below, and passcode if requested.

Public Comment Protocol - (Updated June 15, 2022)
Public comments are permitted during meetings in person, via Zoom, or telephone. Please refer to the Public Comment Policy. If participating remotely, you may use the hand raise tool in Zoom to be recognized or *9 if participating by telephone. When called upon, you will be unmuted on Zoom and asked to state your name and area of residence for the record, and given three minutes to speak. If you are participating by telephone, press *6 when asked to unmute to speak. 

Written public comments may be emailed to cityhall@mltwa.gov or mail/drop off at City Hall (23204 58th Avenue W., Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043). 

Public Hearing Protocol
If testifying at a public hearing remotely, you may use the hand raise tool in Zoom to be recognized or *9 if participating by telephone. When called upon, you will be unmuted on Zoom and asked to state your name and area of residence for the record, and given five minutes to speak. If you are participating by telephone, press *6 when asked to unmute to speak. 

If you are unable to participate in a public hearing in person or remotely, written public testimony must be received by 4 p.m. on the day of the hearing and will become part of the permanent record. Please submit public hearing testimony to cityhall@mltwa.gov or mail/drop off at City Hall (23204 58th Avenue W., Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043). 

Meetings
As of November 1, 2023, all City Council regular meetings and work sessions will be held on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m., unless it falls on a holiday or is otherwise posted. Regular meetings will be held the first and third Thursdays of each month, and work sessions will be held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
