Field Rentals

Rent any one of our fields for your private party, practice, or games. We have numerous fields available, including one lit all-weather field, and three lit baseball fields. Call 425-640-3105 for more information.

Gym Rentals

Rent the full-sized gym at Terrace Park School. Reservations are currently being taken for seven days a week availability. Call 425-640-3105 for availability or information.

Lakeview Room Rentals

The Lakeview Room in the Mickey Corso Community Clubhouse is located at Ballinger Park and is home to the Mountlake Terrace Seniors Group. The city owns the building and Lakeview Room rentals are operated by the Seniors Group. This facility has a capacity of 125 and includes over 2,300 square feet of space. Room/Party Packages

We have a variety of room sizes and types to choose from. Tables, tablecloths, and chairs are provided. Check out our packages like: Dance parties, Play Space parties, and Sports parties. Add on hot dog packages for guests or a carafe of coffee. 

Swimming Pool

For the next birthday party or gathering consider renting our pool. Several options to choose from:  half pool or full pool and add a room rental to the party.
