[ARCHIVED] MLT Civic Campus Project Out to Bid

City Council Chambers

The City of Mountlake Terrace has opened the bidding process for the new Civic Campus Redevelopment Project to be constructed on the site of the old City Hall located at 23204 58th Avenue West. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019.

The Civic Campus Redevelopment Project includes a new City Hall (18,600 square feet), Police Station addition (3,100 square feet) and a plaza. The Civic Campus is connected to the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center via Veterans Memorial Park Trail. The City Hall includes a City Council Chambers, public lobby, city offices and associated parking.
