Shoreline Master Program Open House February 25

The City of Mountlake Terrace will host an open house on proposed updates to its Shoreline Master Program (SMP) on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Interim City Hall, 6100 219th Street SW, Suite 220, in Mountlake Terrace.

The city is required to conduct a periodic assessment of the plan and make changes, if necessary, to assure consistency with changes in state law and city codes since the last update. The SMP was last amended in 2013. This update is to be completed by Jun...

Solid Waste Service Cancelled on February 13

Waste Management has informed the city that conditions will not be safe to collect on Wednesday, February 13.

Per the terms of the city’s contract with Waste Management, if collections are impacted for two consecutive weeks, Waste Management will place two dumpsters in the city so residents may deposit their trash.

Council Selects Dr. Steve Woodard to Fill Vacancy
