City Seeks Town Center Task Force Members

The Mountlake Terrace City Council seeks interested residents, property owners and business owners to serve on a Town Center Task Force to assist in the development of an updated Town Center Plan.

Gas Main Work on 236th from I-5 to 56th Ave W

On weekdays beginning Monday, February 12 and expected to continue into early March, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will upgrade their gas main along 236th Street SW from I-5 to 56th Avenue W.

During this time, roadway lanes will periodically shift and may be reduced to one travel lane with flaggers. These lane shifts and closures will occur in shorter segments along the roadway as PSE’s work progresses.

Help Shape the VISION 2050 Update

VISION 2040 is the region’s current long-term growth strategy, addressing land use, transportation, economic prosperity, and the environment. Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) is extending the region’s growth plan to 2050.
