Join Us for Earth Day at Ballinger Park April 21

In honor of Earth Day, the City of Mountlake Terrace invites folks to join the community effort to beautify Ballinger Park at the Earth Day Cleanup on Saturday, April 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Critical Areas Community Open House April 23, 2018

A community open house on amendments to the city’s current critical areas regulations is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on April 23, 2018, at the Interim Mountlake Terrace City Council Chambers located at 6100 219th Street SW, Suite 220.

The City of Mountlake Terrace is hosting a Community Open House on the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Docket on April 23, 2018 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Interim City Council Chambers located at 6100 219th Street SW, Suite 220, Mountlake Terrace.

Senior Low Income Utility Discount Applications Due April 30

Applications for senior low income utility discounts for the May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019 program year are still available for anyone who meets the following income guidelines and lives in Mountlake Terrace.

Low income homeowners 62 years of age or older, may qualify for a 30% reduction in their utility bill and free garbage service. Low income homeowners or tenants under 62 years of age may qualify for free garbage service.

The City of Mountlake Terrace is now accepting nominations for its ninth annual Evergreen Awards program that builds community pride, enhances the city’s image, and promotes conservation.
