The Mountlake Terrace Police Department is holding a press conference on Friday, February 12 at 9:00 a.m. to update the public about the ongoing missing person investigation. The conference will take place at the Civic Center parking lot, at the corner of 232nd Street SW and 58th Avenue West, Mountlake Terrace.

Cheryl DeBoer’s family, friends and co-workers are gathering for a day of searching and handing out flyers to seek assistance in finding Cheryl. They will begin at 6:30 a.m. at the Civic Center and continue throughout the day.

Cheryl DeBoer has been missing since Monday morning when she was supposed to meet a friend at the Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride lot and carpool to work. She texted her friend around 7:00 a.m., stating that she would catch a bus instead. She has not been seen or heard from since that time. Her vehicle, pictured above, was located parked in the 23400 block of 58th Avenue SW in Mountlake Terrace.

Mountlake Terrace Police asks for help from anyone who may have seen DeBoer, know her whereabouts, or may have witnessed activity in the area of DeBoer’s disappearance and/or at the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mountlake Terrace Police Department at 425-670-8260 or 911.
