[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing on Town Center Subarea Plan

The final City Council work/study session on the Planning Commission’s recommendation for the Town Center Subarea Plan is scheduled for Thursday, September 12, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing on the Plan, 2018 Comprehensive Plan Amendments, and Development Regulations is scheduled for Monday, September 16 at 7:00 p.m.

Unless the City Council needs additional time, final action is scheduled on the Plan and related documents for a special meeting on Thursday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m. Please reconfirm with the City Clerk’s Office closer to the date at (425) 744-6206 or cityhall@ci.mlt.wa.us. You may visit www.cityofmlt.com/469 for City Council meeting agendas, materials, and audio.

The City Council has had seven meetings on the proposed updated plan so far and public input is encouraged. Unless otherwise posted, all the meetings take place in the Interim City Hall Council Chambers, 6100 219th Street SW #220, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043.

Once again, input may be provided by email to cosborn@ci.mlt.wa.us, by handwritten letter to the address above, or in person at one or more of the meetings. Public hearing testimony must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 16, 2019. Thank you for your participation!
