  2. Thank you for your interest in providing public comment or public hearing testimony at City Council, Public Forum, Board and/or Commission meetings. Please use this form if you would like to comment via Zoom or telephone. If you are attending in person, you can skip this form, but please sign up at the meeting.

    Form Instructions:

    To make a public comment/give public hearing testimony remotely (via Zoom or telephone), please complete this least 24 hours before the meeting begins. You will then be contacted via email to confirm your participation. If your reply to the confirmation email is not received by 4 p.m. on the meeting/public hearing date, you will not be allowed to comment remotely at that meeting, but you still can do so in person. 

    If using Zoom during the meeting, use the name you provided here for your Zoom profile.
